SHIPPING
HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER ON LÉRISA?
Once you've selected your item, simply add it to your cart. Once you've completed your cart, finalize your order and proceed to payment.
The order takes place in 4 stages:
1. Create an account or log in using your email address.
2. Fill in the delivery information fields: name and address of the recipient and choice of delivery method.
3. Fill in the payment information.
4. Check your order and confirm it.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email from us with all your tracking information so you can know exactly where your package is.
The tracking number can be used on the La Poste or Chronopost website.
I entered the wrong address when I ordered, what should I do?
Did you encounter an error after your order was confirmed? You can contact us at the following address: contact@lerisa.fr . If your order has not yet been shipped, we can modify the address.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMES?
Delivery is free for all orders in mainland France worth €100 or more. Delivery charges will apply for orders under €100.
Delivery times are generally 2 to 4 business days for standard delivery in France and 1 to 2 business days for express delivery in France, from the time your order is shipped. These times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the items ordered.
WHAT STEPS HAVE YOU TAKEN TO MINIMIZE EXCESSIVE PACKAGING AND OFFER SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING?
Contributing to protecting our planet is also reflected in the choice of our packaging.
To reduce them as much as possible, we offer minimalist packaging. We have carefully selected materials that combine traceability and respect for the environment. All our models are slipped into a natural, reusable, and biodegradable linen pouch. The linen used to make the pouches is grown in Normandy and woven in Alsace. The production is carried out in Brebières (Pas-de-Calais) in a workshop adapted to people with disabilities, to whom we wish to give our full support. Our models are then wrapped in ecological, 100% recyclable tissue paper (guaranteed chlorine- and acid-free) and manufactured in Montségur-sur-Lauzon (Drôme, France).
We finish by affixing a recycled adhesive label, manufactured in La Rouvière (Gard, France).
The models are then shipped to you in a recycled and fully recyclable cardboard box.
WOULD YOU LIKE TO OFFER?
We will carefully wrap your gift in natural-colored kraft paper. This plant-based material is sturdy, eco-friendly, and fully recyclable.
A Lérisa card will accompany your order, allowing you to write your personalized message. The Lérisa card is 100% recycled and recyclable.
We invite you to mention when ordering that it is a gift.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
If your product does not give you complete satisfaction, you have the possibility to return any item ordered to us within 15 days of receipt.
To obtain a return voucher, please contact us at the following email address: contact@lerisa.fr
Your shipment must contain:
- The product is in perfect condition
- The protective cover
- The label
Everything returned in its original packaging, accompanied by the return slip sent by email and completed.
Failure to provide this return slip may result in a processing delay.
As soon as we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation email.
Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the return within a maximum of 30 days if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met. Your refund will be issued to the account associated with the bank card used for payment or to the Paypal account used for payment.
DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN ITEMS?
Returns are free from mainland France via Colissimo.
HOW WILL I KNOW THAT LÉRISA HAS RECEIVED MY RETURN?
As soon as we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation email.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Yes, you have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange for the same model in a different color. For any questions, please contact us at the following address: contact@lerisa.fr
PAYMENT
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
You can pay for your order by credit card: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Credit card payments are handled by our partner Stripe, which adheres to the highest online payment security standards.
You can choose to pay for your purchases via the Paypal system, either through your Paypal account or directly by credit card without needing to create an account.
You can now pay for your order in 2 or 3 installments without fees (over a period of 2 or 3 months) from €50 of purchase via the Alma payment platform.
Countries eligible for payment in 2 or 3 interest-free installments are France, Spain, Belgium, Germany, and Italy. You can select this option during the "Payment" step of your order process. If you have any questions, please contact us by email at contact@lerisa.fr.
IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?
Yes, all information relating to your online credit card payment transactions is completely secure. You can make your purchases safely.
Credit card payments are handled by our partner Stripe, which adheres to the highest online payment security standards.
We have adopted the SSL encryption process to protect all data related to personal information and payment methods. Encryption ensures a high level of transaction security. At no time does Lérisa have access to your bank details thanks to the SSL encryption process.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR BENEFITING FROM PAYMENT IN SEVERAL INSTALLMENTS?
Your basket must be greater than or equal to €50.
Accepted cards are those issued in France such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Some types of cards do not allow for installment or deferred payment. These include cards issued by foreign banks and prepaid cards.
I WOULD LIKE TO BENEFIT FROM PAYMENT IN SEVERAL INSTALLMENTS, HOW DO I DO THIS?
When you check out, select "Pay in installments with Alma." You'll then be redirected to a payment page where you'll enter your bank details, just as you would for a standard payment. There, you'll find a summary of your upcoming payments. You'll then receive a summary email with your payment schedule.

WHAT IS AN E-GIFT CARD?
The e-gift card comes in the form of digital gift card with a barcode.
We invite you to print it or send it to your loved one. It can be used instantly to purchase products on our website.
HOW TO BUY A GIFT CARD?
We offer you a gift card in the form of a digital gift card .
At the bottom of the homepage, simply click on " Gift Card ", choose the desired amount and pay for your order by credit card.
The e-gift card is sent to the email address used to place the order.
HOW MUCH IS AN E-GIFT CARD?
The minimum amount to purchase a Gift Card is €50 and the maximum amount is €300.
The available amounts are €50, €100, €150, €200, €250 and €300.
CAN I USE MY E-GIFT CARD ON THE ENTIRE LÉRISA COLLECTION?
Yes, you can use it on our website, on all models.
HOW LONG IS THE LÉRISA E-GIFT CARD VALID?
The gift card has no expiration date.
CAN I GET A REFUND FOR THE REMAINING BALANCE ON MY GIFT CARD?
No, the Gift Card balance cannot be refunded in cash or to a bank account, nor can it be transferred to another Gift Card.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?
Assembled and manufactured by hand, all of our pieces are adorned with a French creation.
Located in the Tarn region, the family workshop has been renowned for its unique and traditional expertise since 1930. Its respect for tradition has earned it the “Living Heritage Company” label.
In the workshop, each piece is cut, sewn, glued, and edged with care, like a purely artisanal goldsmith's work combining modernity and tradition.

DO YOU HAVE A GUARANTEE?
Quality and durability are at the heart of our commitments. To ensure your complete satisfaction, all our models are covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. If a manufacturing or material defect occurs during the warranty period, we offer to repair your product or replace the model if the defects are irreparable.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
HOW DO I PROTECT MY HANDBAG OR CLUTCH?
To protect your accessory from bad weather or possible accidental stains, we recommend waterproofing your accessory (waterproofing spray). Choose a waterproofing solution that is oil-free, grease-free, and non-toxic. After dusting your accessory with a soft cloth, spray from about 30 cm away and let it dry away from sunlight to prevent any risk of stains.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY HANDBAG OR CLUTCH?
We recommend that you dust your piece regularly, using suitable cleaning accessories: soft sponge (vegetable sponge), microfibre cloth or even a soft toothbrush for finishing touches (seams).
When dry, dust it with small circular motions. For more stubborn stains, soak your chamois cloth in warm water with a non-detergent soap. We recommend using a pH-neutral soap or real Marseille soap, which is ideal for removing any grease. Gently rub the stain, remembering to remove excess water with a soft cloth, then let it air dry.
