GUARANTEE

Providing you with the highest quality and durability is at the heart of our commitments. With every purchase of a Lérisa part, you benefit from a 3-year warranty against any defects and hidden defects (starting from the date of purchase of your product). If your Lérisa product requires repair, we are committed to repairing it as quickly as possible. All our parts are designed from high-quality materials from sustainable sources and handcrafted with the greatest care. If your product requires repair, we will examine it to determine if the defect is due to the materials or the workmanship. Therefore, if your product has a defect or hidden defect, we will take care of shipping your part to our workshop, where our craftsmen will repair your product. Then, it will be returned to you. This warranty does not apply if your accessory has suffered accidental damage.

REPAIRS

If your part is no longer under warranty, we offer our repair service, which reflects our commitment to the quality and durability of our products. If your Lérisa product requires repair, we will be happy to take it in and repair it, if possible. This service will be billed according to a quote prepared by our workshop. To benefit from our repair service, you can submit your request by email to contact@lerisa.fr or by completing the form below. Once your request is completed, we will guide you through shipping your product to our workshop, where our craftsmen will assess the necessary repairs.
