How to place your order on Lérisa?

Once you have selected your item, simply add it to your basket. Your basket finished, finalize your order then proceed to payment.

The order takes place in 4 steps:

1. Create an account or sign in using your email address.
2. Fill in the delivery information fields: recipient name and address and choice of delivery method.
3. Fill in the payment information.
4. Check your order and validate it.

How to track my order ?

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email from us with all your tracking information so you can know exactly where your package is.
The tracking number is to be used on the website of La poste or Chronopost.

I got the wrong address or model when ordering, what should I do?

An error occurred once your order was validated? You can contact us at the following address: contact@lerisa.fr. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can modify it at the level of the model and/or the address.

What are the costs and delivery times?

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3:00 p.m. are prepared and dispatched the same day.
Orders placed on Saturday before 10:00 a.m. are prepared and dispatched the same day.
Delivery times are estimated from the dispatch of your order.

What steps have you taken to minimize excessive packaging and offer sustainable packaging?

Helping to protect our planet is also part of the choice of our packaging.
In order to reduce them as much as possible, we offer you a minimalist packaging. We have carefully selected materials that combine traceability and respect for the environment. All our models are slipped into a natural, reusable and biodegradable linen pouch. The linen used to make the pouches is grown in Normandy and woven in Alsace. The confection is carried out in Brebières (Pas-de-Calais) in a workshop adapted to people with disabilities to whom we wish to give all our support. Our models are then wrapped in tissue paper, ecological, 100% recyclable (guaranteed chlorine and acid free) and manufactured in Montségur-sur-Lauzon (Drôme, France).
We finish by affixing a recycled adhesive label, made in La Rouvière (Gard, France).
The models are then sent to you in a recycled and fully recyclable cardboard box.


WOULD YOU LIKE TO GIFT?


We will carefully wrap your gift in natural-coloured kraft paper. A vegetable material, robust, eco-responsible and fully recyclable.
A Lérisa card will accompany your order, so you can write your personalized message. The Lérisa card is 100% recycled and recyclable.

Return

How to return an item ?

Your product does not give you complete satisfaction, you have the option of returning any item ordered to us within 15 days of receipt.

Your shipment must contain:

- The product in perfect condition

- The protective pouch

- The label

All returned in its original packaging, accompanied by the return form sent by e-mail and completed.

The absence of this return form may lead to a delay in processing .
As soon as we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation email.
The refund is made upon receipt of the return within a maximum period of 10 days if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met. fulfilled. Your refund will be made to the account associated with the credit card used during payment or to the Paypal account used for payment.

Do I have to pay to return the items?

Returns are free from Metropolitan France via Colissimo.

How will I know that Lérisa has received my return?

Is it possible to exchange an item?

Payment

What are the payment options available ?

You can pay for your order by credit card: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments by credit card are handled by our partner Stripe, which meets the highest standards of online payment security.
You can choose to pay for your purchases via the Paypal system, either through your Paypal account or directly by card without having to create an account.
You can now pay for your order in 2 or 3 installments free of charge (so over a period of 2 months or 3 months) from a purchase of €50 via the payment platform Alma.
The countries eligible for payment in 2 or 3 installments free of charge are France, Spain, Belgium, Germany and Italy. You can choose this option at the "Payment" stage when confirming your order. If you have any questions, contact us by email at contact@lerisa.fr.

Is my payment secure?

Yes, all information relating to your online payment transactions by credit card is completely secure. You can make your purchases in complete security.
Payments by credit card are handled by our partner Stripe, which meets the highest standards of online payment security.
We have adopted the SSL encryption process to protect all data related to personal information and means of payment. Encryption ensures a high level of transaction security. At no time is Lérisa in possession of your bank details thanks to the SSL encryption process.

What are the conditions for benefiting from payment in instalments?

Your basket must be greater than or equal to €50.

The cards accepted are cards issued in France such as visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Some types of cards do not allow you to pay in installments or on a deferred basis. These include cards issued by foreign banks, as well as prepaid cards.

I would like to benefit from payment in installments, how do I do this?

At the time of payment, you must select “Pay in installments with Alma”. You will then be redirected to a payment page where you will need to enter your bank details as for a standard payment. Here you will find a summary of your upcoming deadlines. You will then receive a summary email with the calendar of your deadlines.

Gift card

What is an e-gift card?

The e-gift card comes in the form of a digital gift card with a barcode.
We suggest you print it or send it to your loved one. It can be used instantly for the purchase of products on our website.

How to buy a gift card?

We offer you a gift card in the form of a digital gift card.
At the bottom of the homepage, you just have to click on "Card- gift", choose the desired amount and pay for your order by credit card.
The e-gift card is sent to the e-mail address used to place the order.

What is the amount of an e-gift card?

The minimum amount to purchase a Gift Card is €50 and the maximum amount is €300.
Available amounts are €50, €100, €150, €200, €250 and €300.

Can I use my e-Gift Card on the entire Lérisa collection?

Yes, you can use it on our website, on all models.

How do I use my gift card on lerisa-paris.com?

After finalizing your basket and choosing your delivery method, you reach the payment stage of the ordering process: you must then choose the "Gift Card" payment method and enter the numbers for your e-gift card.

Can I use my e-Gift Card several times?

Yes, you can use it in installments until the balance is exhausted.

How long is the Lérisa e-Gift Card valid for?

The gift card has no expiration time.

Can I be refunded the remaining balance on my gift card?

No, the balance of the Gift Card cannot be refunded in cash or to a bank account, nor can it be transferred to another Gift Card.

Where are your products made?

Assembled and made by hand, all of our pieces are adorned with a French creation.
Located in the Tarn, the family workshop has been recognized for its unique and traditional know-how since 1930. The respect for traditions has earned it the “Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant” label.
